2、 Core working principle
Receive 4-20mA standard current command output from the speed controller, with built-in closed-loop PID pressure control and high-precision oil pressure sensor. The electrical signal is linearly converted into proportional hydraulic control oil pressure, and the output pressure drives the main steam valve and regulating valve hydraulic motor of the steam turbine, achieving precise adjustment of unit speed/load;
When there is a power outage, signal disconnection, or internal fault, the built-in reset spring automatically releases pressure to zero oil pressure, and the regulating valve is fully closed to meet the fail safe protection logic of the unit.
