1、 Model Basic Information

Installation position: It must be installed on the right side of the 3500 rack power module adjacent to the slot, half height specification module

The original factory has officially ceased production and will no longer accept new original factory futures; Baker Hughes provides long-term maintenance services with only newly stocked inventory and dismantled/refurbished spare parts in circulation.

2、 Core two integrated functions
1. Replace the 3500/20 RIM rack management function
Unified address allocation for the entire machine rack, rack reset, configuration storage for the entire machine, and overall hardware fault diagnosis;
The key switch switches between RUN operation/PROG configuration mode, and in configuration mode, rack parameters can be remotely/locally modified;
The whole machine backplane bus scheduling centrally manages the communication and interaction of all monitoring cards.
2. Transient dynamic waveform data acquisition (TDI core value)
Steady state data: real-time average and trend values of vibration, displacement, speed, and temperature in all channels are continuously uploaded;
Dynamic transient waveform: Collect vibration time-domain waveform, frequency spectrum, acceleration/deceleration transient data, and waveform snapshots before and after alarm;
Standard basic data collection, with optional channel authorization disk supporting up to 48 channels of high-resolution dynamic waveform sampling;
Trigger collection logic: triggered by speed range, alarm event, timed, manual, automatically saving complete waveforms before and after the fault for fault tracing.
Key note: TDI does not participate in the unit protection trip circuit and only performs data acquisition and communication. Module failures will not cause the unit protection to fail and shut down.

8、 Key points of operation and maintenance replacement
Replacing the same model 138607-01 does not require downloading the rack configuration again. The configuration is stored on the rack backplane and not in the TDI module;
If waveform acquisition function is required, corresponding authorized disks must be provided. Without authorization, only static trends can be read;
Ethernet wiring uses shielded Ethernet cables, and the control cabinet side is grounded at one end to avoid waveform noise distortion;
The module only performs diagnostic communication, and the protection interlock is independently executed by protection cards such as 3500/42M and 3500/34. TDI faults do not affect ETS tripping;
Mixing of old and new racks: The old rack is only equipped with 3500/20 and cannot collect waveforms. Upgrading requires replacing the 3500/22M.
