Original factory inventory clearance window: From 2017 to 2020, Schneider’s original factory did not release any new complete machines after 2020;
Current source of goods: The market only has stock of leftover goods, second-hand dismantled machines, and refurbished repair parts, and cannot place new orders with the original factory;
Original factory maintenance support: Original factory board level maintenance will be terminated in 2022, and the core acquisition chip will be disconnected. Only third-party industrial control maintenance channels can be refurbished.

SIS/ESD safety systems for refining, chemical, natural gas, and power plant turbine units collect various analog transmitter process signals to achieve safety interlock protection for overpressure, overtemperature, and low liquid level.

Short term emergency: Only stock 5481-1S2 can be directly replaced, with fully compatible software and hardware;
Long term renovation: Upgrading the new generation AI3511 and AI3523 analog input modules of Tricon CX requires synchronous replacement of the host rack and reconfiguration of the program.
