2、 Core positioning (LCI frequency conversion system core interface board)
The complete LCI variable frequency starting system hierarchy:
DSPC digital signal processing main control card ↔ VME Backboard ↔ DS200FCGDH1B ↔ optical fiber ↔ Six pulse SCR power rectifier bridge
FCGD is the only signal transfer card between the main control DSP and the power thyristor bridge. It does not perform logical operations and is only responsible for gate pulse distribution and power circuit status acquisition feedback.

3、 Two core functions
1. SCR thyristor gate drive pulse distribution
Receive the six pulse phase-shift trigger instruction issued by DSPC, decode it to generate an isolated gate drive signal, and distribute it to six rectifier bridge arm SCR thyristors through fiber optic channels;
12 channel signal processing, input signal range: -8mV~+45mV, precise control of thyristor conduction angle, realizing generator frequency conversion starting, excitation rectification and voltage regulation.
2. Multi channel state acquisition and feedback of power bridge
Real time collection of all faults and operational feedback signals from the power unit, amplified and scaled, and uploaded to the DSPC controller through the VME backplane:
Difference in AC/DC current, voltage, frequency, and magnetic flux
Overcurrent, ground fault, commutation failure, overvoltage, zero crossing detection
Diagnosis of thyristor on/off status and fiber optic link disconnection in each bridge arm
Built in system clock, hardware reset, heartbeat detection circuit, onboard IMOK status indicator light quickly determines the self-test status of the board.
4、 Hardware architecture and interfaces
Bus interface: Standard 6U VME parallel backplane bus, high-speed interaction with DSPC, SDCC, DCFB and other boards
Fiber optic communication port: Multi channel fiber optic transceiver, isolated high-voltage power circuit, to prevent strong electrical interference from penetrating the control board
Signal conditioning circuit: differential amplification, filtering, surge protection, resistant to electromagnetic interference from high-power frequency converters in power plants

8、 Key points of operation and maintenance replacement
The entire disassembly and assembly process is anti-static, and fiber optic transceiver chips and FPGA chips are easily damaged by static electricity;
Fiber optic connectors must not be contaminated or bent. Fiber optic breakage can directly cause the thyristor to fail to trigger and the unit to fail to start;
The same version of DS200FCGDH1B and DS200FCGDH1BCA can be directly interchanged, and CA anti-corrosion coating is preferred for seaside projects;
Card fault diagnosis: IMOK light off=card self-test/power supply fault; Priority should be given to troubleshooting the FCGD fiber optic circuit when the unit startup reports a phase change failure;
The Mark VI/VIe system is not compatible with this board. The VI series uses the DS2100 new generation LCI control card and cannot be replaced.
