This is a bridging interface terminal board (Turbine Relay Terminal Board) in the GE Mark VI/Mark VIe Speedtronic turbine control system.

Main functions
Signal bridging: As an intermediate interface between turbine field equipment (sensors, actuators, trip coils, etc.) and main control boards (such as VTUR, PTUR), it completes the physical connection and routing distribution of signals.
Relay driver: onboard relay, used to control circuit breaker closing, tripping logic, etc., activated by ⅔ voting logic in TMR system.
Multi type signal support: can connect various on-site signals such as proximity sensors, current/voltage inputs, LVDT feedback, etc.
